We are recruiting for an E-Commerce Assistant to carry out the online customer service duties of an established organization. The incumbent will converse with customers, respond to queries and stay up to date with platform changes. The candidate will be responsible for customer service and collaborating with the sales, receiving and dispatch departments to maximize system effectiveness. MUST have relevant sales or marketing qualification and strong computer proficiency. Demonstrable previous experience with social media management and online marketing would be an advantage.
