We are looking for a qualified and experienced Human Resources professional to join a successful organization at their Bindura plant. Responsibilities include managing employee contracts, overseeing disciplinary hearings as well as recruitment and selection. This position will work very closely with the plant SHEQ manager to ensure policy adherence and thus would be an added advantage for applicants to have SHEQ knowledge or exposure. Knowledge of the Patterson System for grading is required, as well as thorough knowledge of the Zimbabwe Labour Law. A competitive package is on offer. Suits male applicants.
