Our client is looking for a results oriented manager who will coach team members as well as design scalable processes for the department. This role requires attention to process driven growth, ability to motivate others and an individual who can adapt well.
Responsibilities:
- Audit and optimize the quality of leads mined for the team in partnership with Marketing
- Develop always-on outbound campaigns
- Partner with the Sales Executive team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes and identify areas of improvement for the team
- Work in collaboration with Content and Marketing Programme managers to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline opportunities
- Accurately forecast and report weekly, monthly and quarterly attainment goals for the department
- Develop and conduct marketing and promotional plans
Experience and Qualifications
- 8+ years of business development, strategy development or marketing at leadership level
- Management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training and managing performance of direct reports
- Sales experience an added advantage
- Degree in Marketing or similar
